Three connected surfaces

Built for the customer, the operator, and the platform owner.

The storefront is only one surface. Peptide Forge connects customer experience to day-to-day operations and cross-brand platform control, while keeping each tenant’s data and configuration separated.

01

Customer experience

Storefront

A fast, branded catalog and checkout flow that feels native to each business—not a reskinned marketplace.

  • Catalog + variants
  • Accounts + order history
  • COAs + product galleries
02

Daily operations

Brand admin

One operational console for products, orders, customers, promotions, email, inventory, and performance.

  • Order workflows
  • Inventory + alerts
  • Analytics + funnels
03

Portfolio control

Platform admin

Cross-tenant oversight for operators managing multiple brands, domains, storefronts, and data boundaries.

  • Tenant management
  • Cross-brand KPIs
  • Role-scoped access

Branded storefronts

Launch tenant-isolated storefronts on custom domains with distinct visual systems, content, catalog, and customer data.

Catalog depth

Products, variants, SKUs, inventory, image galleries, certificates of analysis, category structure, and stock state.

Commerce essentials

Cart, Stripe checkout, coupons, shipping methods, taxes, order status, shipment tracking, and customer history.

Customer controls

Customer accounts, research-use acknowledgement, protected catalogs, saved profile details, and order access.

Recovery readiness

Identify idle carts, inspect cart value, and prepare recovery workflows without stitching together fragile plugins.

Affiliate attribution

Affiliate applications, referral codes, attribution, commission visibility, and operator review workflows.

Operational analytics

Revenue, orders, customer growth, page views, conversion funnels, inventory alerts, and tenant-level rollups.

Lifecycle messaging

Transactional email settings, order notifications, and back-in-stock requests connected to storefront activity.

Promotions

Coupon controls, featured products, bundles, campaign surfaces, and merchandising options managed per brand.

Wholesale Pro

Wholesale operations

Wholesale applications, customer review, MOQ rules, volume pricing, bulk catalogs, and approval-based access.

Role-scoped administration

Invite owners and staff into tenant operations while keeping platform administration separated.

Custom integration

Fulfillment connectivity

Structured for supplier, inventory, ShipStation, and Extensiv workflows based on each operation’s requirements.

Operational workflow

A clean line from brand setup to operating signal.

Commerce does not stop at checkout. The platform keeps the full operating loop visible, so the next decision has context.

01

Brand

Define domain, visual system, policies, and catalog access.

02

Catalog

Load products, variants, inventory, media, and batch documents.

03

Order

Capture customer, promotion, payment, shipping, and attribution data.

04

Fulfillment

Move orders through processing and connected supplier workflows.

05

Tracking

Expose status and shipment information to customers and staff.

06

Analytics

Read conversion, revenue, customer, inventory, and recovery signals.

Wholesale without the workaround

Account-aware pricing for serious volume.

Wholesale Pro adds application review, customer approval, minimum order quantities, bulk catalog controls, and volume tiers to the same operational system as retail.

  • Approve customers before wholesale access
  • Set per-product MOQ and tier thresholds
  • Keep retail and wholesale experiences connected
  • Scope supplier and fulfillment integrations

Starting investment

Lower fixed cost. Two ways to pay.

Choose a flat monthly plan, or revenue share when you want platform cost tied to storefront GMV. Figures below are public starting points—scope still confirms setup, migration, and integrations.

New · Align cost to revenue

Revenue Share

Lower fixed cost. We take a share of storefront GMV instead of a full monthly SaaS fee.

Frequently asked

The practical questions.

Clear scope beats optimistic ambiguity. Bring the edge cases to the demo.

Is Peptide Forge a peptide seller?+

No. Peptide Forge is managed ecommerce software and operational infrastructure for independent peptide and research brands. Each tenant controls its own products, policies, customers, payments, and business operations.

How is this different from WordPress or a plugin stack?+

The platform is built as a multi-tenant commerce system with shared engineering and isolated tenant data. Catalog, checkout, operations, analytics, affiliate workflows, and platform administration live in one maintained codebase instead of a chain of plugins.

Can we use our own domain and brand system?+

Yes. Each storefront can use a custom domain, logo, colors, typography, content, policies, catalog, and operational settings.

Does the software guarantee regulatory compliance?+

No. Peptide Forge provides configurable commerce and acknowledgement workflows, but software does not replace legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance. Every operator remains responsible for its products, claims, policies, and jurisdictional obligations.

Can you migrate an existing store?+

Usually. Product, customer, and order migration is scoped after reviewing the source system and data quality. Migration work beyond the selected package is quoted separately.

Do you support ShipStation, Extensiv, or supplier feeds?+

The platform is integration-ready. Supplier, ShipStation, Extensiv, ERP, and inventory connections are available as scoped custom integrations; they are not implied as universal out-of-the-box connectors.

What happens after we request a storefront?+

We review your catalog, order volume, retail or wholesale requirements, integrations, migration needs, and launch window. If the fit is right, we define the onboarding boundary, implementation scope, timeline, and term agreement.

How does revenue share pricing work?+

Instead of a full monthly platform fee, qualified operators can launch with a setup fee and a platform take-rate on paid storefront GMV (typically 8–12%). Exact percentage, reporting, and minimums are scoped per deal. Flat monthly plans remain available if you prefer predictable SaaS cost.
